You can still sign up! And if you’ve never participated in a marathon, a half-marathon is a great way to start. At the Rock & Roll Marathon you have that option. What a great way to get in shape for the summer.

After the marathon, you should treat yourself to a nice dinner. You deserve it! My favorite place to go for much needed carbs, protein and a nice bottle of wine is the The 3rd Corner in Ocean Beach. Choose your favorite wine from their extensive wine shop, sit back and revel in your most recent accomplishment.
